Appeal Court orders new trial for defendant who alleged drug bust followed staged break-in by Durham police

Ontario’s top court has ordered a new trial for a man convicted of drug offences, ruling the defendant was unable to fully pursue his argument that his Charter rights were abused by Durham police.
